I appreciated your comments about the praise music. I felt the presence of God this week as we praised Him. The previous week felt very flat to me personally and I figured it out when I listened to the still, small voice that told me I was not focused on Him. This week, I started with a prayer and that made all the difference. Don’t feel bad about the glitches. You gave us a great demonstration of “church etiquette” It would have been easy to get mad, or make critical comment, but instead you continued on and then very graciously allowed an interruption again when the video was ready. You were a great example of how we should treat each other. The interruption also brought home the point of the story about the soaps (how God would not prompt us to do something He did not make us to be…)we might have missed the significance of that point if we just saw the video. I agree with Betty, not clapping is a long standing practice - we probably need to loosen up a little more!
